Courage is Not Exclusive to Risk-Takers

I have read many posts and articles that champion the courage of those who have taken the leap of faith and quit their job to either work somewhere else or even for themselves.
I myself have recently written and promoted this type of courage. But let us not dismiss the courage of those who wake every day to prepare for a job that is not their dream job. To work for a boss and not a leader. To work in an environment where drama and victimization reign and accountability and a sense of belonging are non-existent. To endure it every day, because someone else is counting on them to do so. Sounds pretty courageous to me. If you feel stuck and unsure how to move on, reach out and find a mentor or a coach, you probably don’t have to look far!
