Bart Spence has worked with Amy’s Kitchen for seven years, delivering powerful and high-energy seminars on leadership and accountability. In 2017, he spent an entire week at one of our manufacturing plants shadowing individual leaders throughout their busy days, observing their interactions with their teams and giving each of them specific feedback on how to improve their communication and engagement with their employees. Most recently, he delivered an impactful presentation to our manufacturing management team on how to show up as an engaged leader every day at work. We have greatly benefited over the years from Bart’s experience, insight, and his scintillating personality. Our leadership teams always enjoy working with Bart and have gleaned—and still utilize today—many of the lessons and approaches he has introduced to us over the years.

We had the pleasure of seeing Bart present as the Keynote speaker at Fuddruckers Annual Conference in Las Vegas – 2018. Bart presented on the “Science of Leadership”. It was a wonderful presentation that provided us all with an opportunity to think and act differently. Subsequently, we decided to bring Bart onboard to work with our 7 Fuddrucker locations in Northern California. We needed a positive culture shift and Bart has been instrumental in helping us get back to the culture we once had. His vast knowledge of human behaviors and his passion for helping others has been very inspiring to us all. Bart has also introduced some very innovative marketing strategies utilizing his own speaking and presenting skills through video marketing. We continue to utilize his services and consider Bart to be a valuable resource.

I have had the opportunity to attend a few of Bart's presentations on Leadership, Teamwork and Millennial Myths. Bart is a dynamic speaker with an engaging personality, extremely motivational and full of energy. His thought-provoking presentations really have you reassess your thinking and more importantly how you conduct yourself to become a better leader. I look forward to attending another one of Bart's presentations.
